The Transition Planner implements and executes project activities on a transition project at the direction of more senior staff. When there is no Project Coordinator assigned to the project, the Transition Planner is responsible for performing all tasks associated.

Responsibilities Assist with a variety of project meeting needs, such as preparing minutes, agendas and action itemsParticipate in client operational interviewsProvide support for scheduling sessions and follow up activitiesAssist in the preparation and delivery of contract deliverables to clientsAssist in the implementation of the Furniture, Fixture and Equipment planConduct existing furniture and equipment inventoriesCoordinate move activities with vendors and owner representativesCompile charts, graphs and data for project reportingProvide move coordination, labeling, move tagging and other move-related activities Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

BS or MS degree in logistics or related field2-3 years of relevant experienceOr equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel Powerpoint, Project and Visio)Knowledge of scheduling software, CADD, Visio, advanced Excel, Bluebeam, Procore and Smartsheet desirableExcellent listening skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBasic construction knowledgeAbility to travel and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary

For (Colorado/Connecticut/New York City) this ranges from $XX,XXX.XX-$XXX,XXX.XX plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program.
