Help Desk Technician

This position is looking for someone who has experience in a help desk environment and is a US citizen. This position requires people to go onsite in Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
Provide support relating to technical issues and system changes.Support ticket entry follow-up and updates within the ticket tracking system.Provide quality assistance in a timely manner.Ability to diagnose technical issues and find effective solutions.Qualifications
Ability to work within a team setting.Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.Experience working with ticketing systems.MSP experience is preferred.Computer and network knowledge.1-3 years of experience working within a help desk environment.
