Histotechnologist Job Description Purpose & Scope: The Histotechnologist provides valuable assistance to the Lead Histotechnologist, Medical Technologist and the Pathologists in maintaining facilities and providing the materials necessary for the practice of Anatomic Pathology. The facilities include the areas for autopsies, surgical pathology gross, frozen sections and Histopathology Education: Bachelor's degree in medical technology is required.
