How you’ll contribute: + Complete special projects and initiatives related to organizational effectiveness, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning + Produce and analyze reports to identify and monitor talent trends + Assist with project management and follow up for department goals and deadlines + Prepare company-wide communications, memos, reports, and other correspondence + Support the Human Resources Business Partner responsible for our Corporate operations + Leverage basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and HRIS systems What you bring to the table: + 3+ years of Human Resources related experience + Bachelor's degree in an Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is a plus + Curiosity to understand the why and the how, with the drive and desire to make things better + Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and bring an analytical approach to problem-solving + Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to manipulate data and develop charts/reports/visualizations + Experience using, testing, and recommending improvements for HRIS and/or ATS About Us & Life at NVR NVR has been helping families build their happily ever after since 1948.
