Position Details: Loyola University Maryland has an exciting opening for an HVAC professional. The purpose of this position is to perform full performance level duties installing, maintaining and repairing a variety of residential and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration ( HVAC ) equipment. Applicants must have the knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, install and maintain ventilation, heating and air conditioning systems used in various commercial applications. Must have a good working knowledge of fan coils, air handlers, split systems and packaged equipment up to 50 ton. Knowledge of piping systems for Heating and Chilled Water equipment and control valves for various applications. Experience with Metasys control systems a plus. This is a full-time position, scheduled to work 37.5 hours each week. Various work schedules are available.
