Key consultant on the most complex application and data integration issues. Serves as a lead for coordination and customer service between business operations, information technology, leadership, system users and vendors. **Job Responsibilities and Requirements:** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Performs business process design, reengineering and documentation for new technology with a focus on application integrations. + Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and works with vendors to solve more complex issues. + Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. + Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process, or service improvements. + Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution. + Solves unique problems with broad impact on the business and leads others to solve complex problems; uses conceptual and innovative thinking for developing solutions. + Impacts the direction and resource allocation for entire program, project, or services; works within general functional policies and industry guidelines. + Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections, and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view. + Drives decision making while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer and ensuring that requests are appropriately addressed. Uses awareness of department and system initiatives in a meaningful manner. + Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION + Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education EXPERIENCE + Five years' experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS + Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. + Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. + Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. + Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
