As an Infrastructure Engineer Level 1 specializing in Windows systems, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our Windows-based systems. Linux experience is preferred, but not required. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows (and Linux) server environments. Support and troubleshoot issues related to Windows server infrastructure, including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Collaborate with team members to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Windows and Linux servers. Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. Monitor system performance and reliability, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively. Assist in the development, implementation, and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Document procedures, configurations, and system changes to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with internal standards. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Windows server administration and infrastructure management.
