Description Job Title: IS Technical Specialist Organization Name: The Huntington National Bank Department Description The Huntington National Bank 7 Easton Oval Columbus, OH 43219 Detailed Description Support the Enterprise Service Development team in the development and integration of web services into Huntington’s existing applications, back-end architectures, and databases, using middleware and other technologies including Java EE, WebSphere, WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB) and IBM Integration Bus (IIB), DataPower, MQ, XML, CICS, and IBM Cloud Platform. Create detail designs and develop web/REST services according to architecture standards. Design, develop, maintain, and support web services using IBM MQ Websphere. Analyze and review existing business processes and establish metrics to improve business processes as well as support all development disciplines. Provide impact and systems analysis for application development. Perform unit, integration, user acceptance, performance and load testing, as well as high availability and failover testing, of web services using IBM MQ Websphere. Participate in design and code reviews, monitor defect metrics, and debug software. Develop and unit test web services using Oracle and SQL server databases, Java J2EE, Java framework, and Angular scripts. Implement and support security, authentication, authorization, and auditing for developed Web services. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field and five years of Java-based application development experience, including at least three years using technologies including Java EE, WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB). IBM Integration Bus (IIB), IBM MQ WebSphere, and the IBM Cloud Platform, and developing and testing Web Services.
