Job DescriptionWe are seeking 2 IT Help Desk Technicians for a 6 month contract with the option to hire in Golden, CO. These roles will be onsite/ int he office Monday- Friday from 7:30 am- 4:00 pm (there are no remote options) and will be responsible for:
Create new user accounts and disable accountsAsset Management/equipment ordering and receiving/asset managementPrep, image and deploy desktop and laptop computersInstalling applications and data migrationsQualifications3+ years of work experience as an IT Support Specialist Experience with imaging, installing applications, asset management, and deployment (including user data migration and setup)Experience with ticketing systems (prefer ServiceNow)MS Office installation and portal support experienceBackup and recovery experience Excellent communication skills over the phone, in person, with executives and users who are not versed in IT jargon and technology.Additional Information
These roles will be a 6 month contract with the option to hire in Golden, CO. These roles will be onsite/ in the office Monday- Friday from 7:30 am- 4:00 pm (there are no remote options) and will pay between $22- $35 per hour depending on experience.
