Job Description

We are seeking (2) Jr level Identity Access Management Administrators for a 6 month contract in Denver, CO.  This role can work remotely within Colorado.   

 

This role will be responsible for provisioning support which includes ticket management, customer service, and knowledge of least privilege methodology with security rights, permissions and groups,  Active Directory, and CA Service Desk. Due to the importance of this position, it is expected that a person supporting IAM has great troubleshooting skills with networking and computer systems, can multitask, and work in a fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service. 

 

 

 

Additional responsibilities include: 

Access management for internal applications, systems and resources while ensuring compliance.Research and analysis for possible duplicate accounts.Going into the back end of the IAM Identity Manager system to perform daily tasks.Support development team with ticket backlog for accounts that need further verification, have incorrect data, and/or need to be transferred to different agencies.  Manage identity and access across internal systems by providing the right person, the right access at the right time. 

 

 

QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)Experience on Identity and Access Management and the operation of identity and access processes and controls for Active Directory, Email and Collaboration Platforms and cloud based solutions.Previous experience with working in the back end of Identity Management systemsStrong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking/process engineeringAbility to be comfortable delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understandingExperience in Information Technology / Information Security / Identity and Access ManagementStrong understanding of user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control conceptsAbility to provide customer service in a professional manner to frustrated customersExperience using Safeguard, Identity Manager, and Password Self Service. Experience configuring and/or customizing OneIdentity products; including: Safeguard, Identity Manager, and Password Self Service

Additional Information

This 6-month contract role can work remotely for residents of the State of Colorado and will pay between $30 per hour- $40 per hour depending on experience.
