Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drive sales growth to meet annual sales targetsDrive key products’ business growth in Hong Kong and Macau by strategic planning and efficient execution with the teamProvide guidance to team members to establish account profile for better understanding of market dynamics and identify sales opportunities, and help to develop working relationship with appropriate personnel within the strategic accountsAssimilate the team to build up rapport with targeted KOL in key accountsWorking closely with manager to drive appropriate sales tactics and action programs in alignment with the overall marketing strategies.Bring in constructive ideas to marketer on new business opportunities in target specialtiesOther duties assigned by manager

Qualification

Experience in hospital selling for medical devices, tender management experience is an advantageGood presentation and negotiation skillsMotivated and committed self starter

Education and/or Experience

University graduate7 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
