Provides support to ticketing cashiers to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction; interprets and explains Diamond Peak policy to cashiers and guests; assists with voids, refunds and difficult transactions; oversees daily ops of all equipment in ticket booths. College-level class work in business or accounting and 1-yr related experience and/or training (or combo of education & experience). Multi-lingual a plus! Rate DOE
