We are currently seeking a per Diem LPN for our Bayside residence. Licensed Practical Nurse + Administers general nursing care, vaccinations, wound and patient care to Health Center patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. + Follows the direction and guidance of the Charge Nurse in providing and coordinating patient care. + Records the administration of vaccines, diagnostic tests, and any other patient information accurately and timely into the EHR. + Communicates effectively with staff members, patients, nurses, pharmacies, diagnostic and treatment centers, and other physician offices in order to ensure the continuity of patient care.
