Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

GiaCare has the opportunity to hire full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center (RWBAHC) at Ft. Huachuca in Arizona.

Typical Duties to include but not limited to:

Coordinate appropriate referrals to community and other Government agencies for services.Independently conduct psychosocial assessment and provide a treatment plan.Independently provide counseling and/or psychotherapy services.Implement treatment modalities for individuals, families and groups who are experiencing a variety of psychiatric, medical and social issues.Provide consultation services to other staff about psychosocial needs of patients.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week plus weekendMonday - FridayHours5:00am - 2:00pm8:00am - 5:00pm11:00am - 8:00pm8:00pm - 5:00am

Must have the following Credentials:

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)Current, full active and unrestricted Licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the United States2 years experience post graduationCurrent BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or Military equivalence
