We are looking for a Lot Attendant/Utility Person to join our Service team at Servco Auto Kauai. Our Lot Attendant/Utility Persons are paid a competitive hourly wage and have opportunities for advancement into higher positions in our parts and service departments. This position follows a 4/10 work schedule, with workdays on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday from 7 AM to 6 PM.

Responsibilities:

Drives and parks vehicles at various sites and locationsProvides a positive customer experienceInspects and ensures vehicle is clean inside and out prior to delivering to customer, which may include driving vehicles through automated car wash where availableEnsures proper maintenance of service area to ensure safety and cleanlinessProperly disposes of waste oil and partsProvides shuttle service to customersAssists auto technicians and performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalentValid driver’s license and good driving recordAbility to safely operate manual and automatic transmission for a variety of vehicle sizesStrong communication skillsTeam player with a dedication to customer service excellenceAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be available to work a 4/10 schedule on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from 7AM-6PM

Advancement opportunities:

An entry-level Lot Attendant/Utility Person has opportunities to advance into positions such as Parts Delivery Person, Lube Tire Helper, or Auto Technician roles.  Note:  In order to qualify for an Auto Technician position, an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology is required, so we recommend looking into this degree early on if this is the career path that you are interested in pursuing.
