OverviewThe Lead Light and Sound manages, coordinates and executes all the technical elements of the Lights and Sound for the Luau Show stage production. The Light and Sound Manager will work under the Direction of the Luau Artistic Director and will be responsible for hiring, coordinating, coaching, counseling and supervising and directing the Lights and Sound Staff. The Lights and Sound Manager will work in conjunction with the Luau Stage Manager
The Lead Light and Sound will also be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, counseling, supervising, and directing the Lights and Sound staff. This person is also be responsible for the set up and/or breakdown of the light and sound systems for the Luau Show.
