Silgan Dispensing is a large business in Grandview, MO. We are part of a global company that produces injection molded parts for some of the world’s leading brands.

Responsibilities:

Read and comprehend instructions and follow established proceduresCollect all material and equipment needed to begin the processVisual checks of components used to build sprayers and checks of finished goods to ensure top qualityTake precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of componentsSelect or modify components according to measurements and specificationsAlign material and put together parts to build more complex sprayer unitsCheck output to ensure highest qualityMaintain equipment in good clean conditionKeep records of production quantities and timeUtilize bar code scanner for parts and finished goodsReport on issues, malfunction or defective parts

Requirements:

Experience running assembly or production machineryGood understanding of quality control principles and proceduresGood communication skills (verbal and written)High school diploma
