Machine Operator II - 2nd Shift - $22.50/hr + $1.00 Shift Premium
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm-11:00pm, Monday-Friday, OT as needed

What you will do:

As a Machine Operator in Pharma department, you will be working with products that are improving and saving people’s lives by setting up and operating a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product.

Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logsAdhere to site specific quality systems and processes Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documentsOperate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors. Assist execution of continuous improvement projectsEffectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker

What you need:

High School or GED preferredManufacturing experience in cGMP environment preferredAbility to maneuver and lift up to 50 pounds occasionallyAbility to pinch, grasp, rotate, and place small components repeatedly
