Maintenance Facilities Technician
Our client, a global eCommerce organization is seeking a Maintenance Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Facilities Technician you will be part of the Facilities/Maintenance team supporting electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance at the facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in technical/electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, is organized with strong writing skills and proficiency in MS Office which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Maintenance Facilities Technician** **Location: Sterling, VA area** **Pay Range: $37.23/HR on Experis W2** **What’s the Job?** + Maintenance Facilities Technician will be responsible for Engineering Operations including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management and metric reporting. + Operate and manage both routine and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc. + Responsible for the on-site management of shift technicians, senior shift technicians, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices and procedures. **What’s Needed?** + T2+ years of Technical, Electrical.
