We want to hire a Maintenance Tech who shares our vision, values and commitment to superior customer service. A Maintenance Tech is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and repairing building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, window and door screens, flooring material, gutters, and drains. The maintenance technician will take care of maintenance duties involving carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to guarantee that the building is properly and safely maintained.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

\n

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n\nPerform routine exterior maintenance and repairs on ground and exterior buildings.\nAble to drive work truck to multiple locations throughout day to perform routine services.\nPerform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.\nPerform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained.\nClean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters and drains.\nOperate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment and related systems.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

Knowledge and Skills

\n\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)\nKnowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)\nKnowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.\nKnowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nKnowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\n\n Requirements

Education and Experience

\n\n1 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience\n\n
