· Bachelor's degree plus five years healthcare experience.
· Two years leadership experience in a healthcare setting including familiarity with clinical and business practices.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, written communication and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated analytic capability and application of complex problem-solving techniques. Experience with implementation of data management processes and systems.
· Demonstrated use of performance improvement techniques, applied statistical concepts, and information management.
· Demonstrates success in CAL survey process with knowledge of JCAHO, Title 22 and other state and federal standards.
Required Certification/Registration:
· Current California RN License.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
· Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
