Manager Business Analytics, Seller Trust

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and be able to create and maintain efficient & automated processes. They will set the vision, strategy, and roadmap, and work alongside with stakeholders in the organization to make it happen. They know and love working with business intelligence tools, can model multidimensional datasets, and can partner effectively with business leaders to answer key business questions. They are analytical and creative, and don’t quit. Key job responsibilities
• Manage and develop a team of Business Analysts.
• Lead a team to create actionable insights to answer business questions, drive decisions, and develop recommendations to improve operations.
• Define and drive our business intelligence and visualization strategy and roadmap.
• Present analysis and recommendations to senior leaders, using data-driven storytelling and influence to drive improvements in business operations and strategic change.
• Collaborate with product management, program management, and data science to design and develop information management capabilities.
• Lead the creation of key business metrics, drive the vision and building of automated dashboards and self-service analytic capabilities, and engineer data-driven processes that drive business value.
• Own the design, development, maintenance, and automation of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
• Adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to understand, anticipate, and respond to current and future information needs.
