Manager Spiritual Wellness, Saint Luke's Crittenton Children's Hospital
Job Description​

Planning coordination and delivery of spiritual care services. Coordinate and provide religious spiritual care and support for the emotional spiritual distress of patients their families or intimate network as well as hospital personnel students and volunteers with attention to diverse spiritual orientations and cultures. Insure that individual rights and cultural beliefs are understood and respected and the spiritual component of health care is present in the hospital. Facilitate the ministry of local congregations and clergy and provide opportunities for education. Provide training throughout the hospital regarding these particular aspects of health care. Serve as a consultant on ethical spiritual and religious issues. Represent Spiritual Wellness on committees task forces and ceremonial functions. Establish and integrate Spiritual Wellness practices standards and goals with the Director of Spiritual Wellness along with other System Chaplains.

Qualifications:

Board Certified ChaplainMasters Degree - DivinityBehavioral Health and Pediatric Experience - preferred

Board of Chaplaincy Certification Inc (BCCI) (APC) - Association of Professional Chaplains (APC)

Master's Degree - Divinity
