Calendars + Schedule meetings (ad-hoc and recurring) + Post flights, itineraries, holds, etc. + Copying + Collate documents + Scan documents via MFD + Print documents/protocols to create binders Travel + Source flight/hotel + Booking through Lilly Travel Systems + Put together travel folders + Add travel to BP calendars + EERS + Collate documents + Scan documents into PDF + Process expense reports for BP + Filing + Sort/file miscellaneous meeting minutes and documents + Faxing + Submit training documentation to Q, T &D + Send study updates to staff + Return ‘junk mail’ to sender + Managing & organizing printer areas + Fill paper trays + Sort printouts + Change cartridges + Adhere to Secure Office Policy + Mail distribution + Sort departmental mail into mailboxes + Shipping mail to telecommuters + Manage miscellaneous requests + Distribute Infomail + Errands + Scope of tasks to be determined by need + Ordering supplies + Group Lists + Create and update email lists + Library maintenance + File journal into appropriate magazine files. + Archive outdated materials + Create agendas & minutes from notes + Arranging travel & packets + Special projects + Populate and update databases + Create spreadsheets and enter data + Schedule interviews and create interviewer packets + Participant on and in reward/recognition & teambuilding + Assist birthday planning team + Assist with large meeting planning + Handle additional administrative support or special projects as assigned by the supervisor. **Basic Qualifications** + Registered as a Junior and attend an Indianapolis, Indiana High School + Registered and accepted in the Modern Apprenticeship Program through Employ Indy. + Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
