PRIMARY PURPOSE:

As a Utility Houseperson, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Work with bonnet machine, extraction, and furniture cleaning machine (CFR) to remove stains from chairs, couches, etc. Bonnet 25 rooms and shampoo 15 rooms a dayClean carpet, upholstery, glass table tops, and windows; polish marble and rearrange furniture inside the guest roomsComplete dusting of high/elevated areasPull bed out away from wall for dusting behind head boardDeliver variety of linen, including sheets, pillow cases and terry items to floors; and stock new linen in Guest Room Attendant locker rooms

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Six (6) months experience using diamond back marble cutting machine or similar equipmentSix (6) month general cleaningSix (6) months experience with maintenance on various floor surfaces using related cleaning, buffing equipment; such as bonnet
