As a Master Scheduler, you are responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive schedule that integrates all activities required to successfully execute projects or operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget and work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

\n\nDevelop and manage an integrated master schedule for all projects or operations, considering dependencies, constraints, and resource availability.\nCollaborate with project managers, department heads, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and milestones.\nIdentify and assess risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the schedule, and develop mitigation plans.\nRegularly update and maintain the master schedule by incorporating changes, updates, and adjustments as necessary.\nMonitor project progress and identify any deviations from the schedule, taking proactive measures to address delays or other issues.\nConduct regular meetings and discussions with project teams to review and analyze project status, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.\nProvide accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate project status, key metrics, and performance indicators to management \nContinuously improve scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\nTrain and mentor project team members on best practices for schedule management and adherence.\nCollaborate with procurement and resource management teams to ensure alignment between the schedule and resource allocation.\n

QUALIFICTIONS, EXPERIENCE:             

\n\nBachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.\nProven experience as a Master Scheduler or similar role, preferably in a project-based environment.\nProficient in the use of project management software.\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex schedules in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nStrong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.\n\n
