File daily all in use medical records. Secure all active and inactive medical records. + Assure that charts are counter-signed by Physician, check charts for completeness. + Release information at the direction of the Medical Records Supervisor, Medical Director or Health Services Administrator. + Answer the telephone, take messages and make telephone calls.
