Family Continuity is rapidly expanding its energetic workforce to lead fast paced, innovative clinical programming in our six different sites throughout Northeast, Southeast and Central Massachusetts. Our mission for over 30 years is to inspire individuals and families to achieve overall wellness through counseling, support, education, and making connections to the community.
Family Continuity is seeking In-Home Therapist to provide home-based family services, including crisis intervention, counseling, skill building, concrete services, and advocacy.
Minimum Education Required Master's Degree Responsibilities Serving high-risk families, including those whose children are at substantial risk of placement or who are in placement and cannot be reunified without in-home services.Scheduling sessions at times that are convenient for families.Participating in weekly supervision as needed.Assessing safety, structuring the environment, and using clinical strategies designed to promote safety.Collaborating with family members and referents in developing intervention goals and service plans.Utilizing the agency’s on-line client management system for all clinical documentation.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Graduate degree in human services or related field requiredExperience working with high-risk families and children, and preferred experience providing intensive clinical interventions to families and children.Current driver's license and auto insurance meeting coverage requirementsReliable transportation and ability to travel within the communityMust have access to a personal cell phone.Must become First Aid/ CPR certified if not currently certified.
