Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a compassionate and dedicated NA/CNA to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our senior clients on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday. The position is within the healthcare/medical field and is located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Compensation & Benefits:
The NA/CNA role at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu offers a competitive salary range of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, employees are eligible for benefits such as healthcare, dental, and vision insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to physician's instructions
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the nursing supervisor
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare team members

Requirements:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with availability for occasional weekends and evenings
- Compassionate and patient with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
