National Sales Executive - Clinical Research Program

RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a National Sales Executive to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a National Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing the Company’s volume and market share of the clinical research program. Includes responsibilities for researching and developing business development and sales strategies, in addition to cultivating relationships with the Company’s existing customers. This position is remote, working full-time, Monday - Friday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

(60%) Business Development and Sale Develops and implements strategies to drive business development and increase sales of clinical research program within each market across the RAYUS network. Conducts outside sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer visits Manages and grows key accounts through effective account management techniques Partners with Marketing department on development and execution of sales strategies for research program
Proactively monitors the performance of each account and responds to customer and patient complaints by partnering with operations leaders on appropriate service recovery Utilizes Salesforce or other CRM systems to track and manage sales activities

 

(20%) Volume Growth and Market Analysis

Monitors performance and profitability of services within each market and the network Conducts on-going market research to identify new opportunities, applications and trends Provides management with market intelligence and competitive analysis reports

 

(15%) Internal Team Coordination & Communication 

Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams including business development, sales, finance and operations in rationalization of new customers and opportunities, forecasting sales, planning implementation and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets

 

(5%) Completes additional tasks and projects as assigned
