The Nursing Assistant performs duties under the direction of the Registered Nurse to support our patients and provide direct patient care.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

A variety of Clinical Measures, including monitoring vital signs and oxygen levels Bathing, observation and meals ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) Answering call buttons  Ensures patient care is delivered in accordance with age specific category requirements and established policy and procedure for all patient populations Responds promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests. Must have a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork, and possess excellent customer service skills

 
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent or 5 years of experience in lieu of degree with Basic Life Support certification. Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Bilingual (Spanish-English) helpful but not required. Every other weekend schedule commitment is required.
