Occupational Therapistsat the VNH screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and treat patients as well as coordinate and communicate treatment activities with our interdisciplinary team members and the patient. The Occupational Therapistwill: * Assess the patient's functional ability. * Provide direct treatments. * Select therapeutic modalities. * Communicate with all members of the health care team. * Document evaluations, treatment goals, and objectives. * Teach patients and family members the rationale for treatments and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: * Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in Vermont and New Hampshire, or hold a compact license. * BS in Occupational Therapy or postgraduate Occupational Therapy Certification program.
