Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The OT will play a key role in providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to our residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives and promote independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate residents' functional abilities and limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans to address residents' goals and needs. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, mobility, and functional independence. Provide education and training to residents and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and optimize outcomes. Document evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements. Stay informed about current trends and best practices in occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of West Virginia. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
