Position Summary: The Center for Family Services is looking for a full time Outreach Coordinator to work in their Recovery Center Gloucester County Program. 

Location: Gloucester County, Camden County, Salem County, NJ

Job Type/Status: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform public speaking and outreach to advertise services.Must possess the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to competently perform activities.Create a list of providers for outreach presentation opportunitiesSchedule outreach presentationsFollow up on all outreach opportunities and maintain resource informationCoordinate outreach participation of peer volunteersDevelop quarterly outreach planHelp gather data for quarterly reportSupport and grow special events for CPRCHelp create quarterly newsletterParticipate in meetings and events as directed by Senior Peer Services CoordinatorMaintain social media page(s) with relevant information and eventsStrong intercultural competency awareness and skills required as well as commitment to expanding personal and collective knowledge and sensitivity.Must be computer literate

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma, GEDTwo years of Personal Recovery, compassion for others in recovery, public speaking skills, pleasant demeanor, time management and organizational skills 1 year public speaking experienceMust have been a licensed driver for at least three years. Excellent driving record. Expected to work nights and weekends to meet the needs of the program. Requires car, valid registration, insurance and driver's license and must maintain compliance with CFS motor Vehicle policies
