Bonney Staffing has partnered with a company in Westbrook, ME who is New England’s oldest manufacturer of sauces, condiments, dressings and dessert sauces. Today, they still produce in small batches with the care of handcrafting to bring out the most vibrant flavors. They have earned and maintained a reputation for quality, local products and great service, and are looking for team players to be a part of it all.

The Pack Line Worker position in Westbrook, Maine is responsible for ensuring that the product is packed and perform line checks according to quality controls. Successful candidates will keep work area tidy, perform routine clean ups, and perform line checks according to quality controls; follow all tasks and perform work procedures using Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to ensure food safety. You will have a solid understanding of how to work in a safe and healthy manner, and to take reasonable care of the health and safety of all other staff. This is a full-time, first shift position.   

Pack Line Worker Qualifications: 

High school diploma and/or GED equivalent is required.

Must be safety conscious with respect to operating equipment and safe work practices.

Must cooperate with and support other team members.

 Normally standing/walking with freedom of movement on a regular basis.

 Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (10 hours or more).

 Frequently lifting 60 lbs. 60+ lbs. require lift with a partner. Frequently lifting from floor to shoulder height.

 Frequent physical activity requires walking, climbing, bending, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting and stooping.

Pack Line Worker Details: 

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, OT on Friday, 5:00 a.m to 3:30 p.m, 6:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m, 7:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m, or 8:00 a.m to 6:30 p.m (or until work has finished)

Pay: $17/Hr. to $18/Hr.
