Job Description

The Paid Media Coordinator is responsible for ensuring marketing initiatives are supported globally with paid marketing support on a variety of channels (social, display, and online video) for Abercrombie & Fitch. This associate will work closely with internal creative design teams, as well as with external partners, to drive brand-right consumer experiences that achieve campaign-specific KPIs. The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and highly organized.

This job is Off Site Flex, so has ability to work remote.

What Will You Be Doing?  

Team up with media channel leads to understand the product and promo strategies and messaging for each season across all channels and placementsManage all paid media creative requests from internal creative, influencer and organic social teams. Partner with copywriters for requests on campaign assets and social media posts, as well as submission & tracking of foreign language translations for international marketsApprove final creative assets and ensure they meet brand expectationsAccountable for trafficking creative and linking strategy to media agency on timeOwn the Q&A process for ensuring 100% accuracy of creative and ad placements and linking strategy with overall business standards and strategic directionResponsible for sharing messaging changes and creative shifts with media agency on a weekly basisConduct ongoing competitor creative analysis and share findings with channel leadsResponsible for invoice & PO management for all paid media spend

What Do You Need To Bring?

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field requiredDigital marketing experience in a fast paced, multi-channel, retail environment a plusFamiliar with display marketing platforms, tactics, & vendors, preferredFamiliar with social media advertising products preferredProven track record of working across & within a matrixed structure - creative, analytics, & CRM preferredHighly organized with strong problem-solving capabilitiesStrong project management and inter-departmental coordination skillsHighly motivated with ability to thrive in a fluid and demanding environment
