 Patient Access Representative Job Description

The Patient Access Representative will conduct clinical and administrative activities related to admissions at the Maryhaven, conferring with internal and external contacts to maintain maximum capacity. Will determine admissibility, financial responsibility and availability. Will prepare records and other required data. 

Patient Access Representative Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.Associate’s degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred.At least 1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.A Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level certification preferred.This is a 2nd shift position, 4:30 pm - 12 am.
