We are seeking an organized and energetic Patient Care Coordinator to join our team of highly motivated individuals.

Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer serviceCoordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge Answering phonesElectronic schedulingData entryVerifying current personal and financial informationMaintaining patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assignedPatient Care Coordinator Qualifications:
