Responsible for assisting doctors/nursing staff in ensuring that the basic needs of each patient are met.


Principal Accountabilities:

1. Handles patient intake, updates medical records, and administers appropriate screening tools.
2. Documents appropriate correspondence, assessments, and care in patient's electronic medical records (EMR).

4. Obtains and records vital signs, weight, and height
5. Performs EKGs, POC testing, and phlebotomy as needed.
6. Performs other related duties as assigned.
