GiaCare is now accepting resumes for a civilian Pharmacist to work full-time in anticipation for a future position at Cannon AFB (New Mexico). 

Job Qualifications:

Degree/Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy. Graduate from a college or university accredited by the ACPE

Certifications: Basic Life Support. 

Experience: One year of professional pharmacy experience after graduation

Licensure/Registration: Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice as a pharmacist.

Job Duties:

Work closely with clinical staff in developing patient wellness programs such as smoking cessation programs and asthma classes. Provide medication and healthcare related in service training to clinical staff on new medications on the market; appropriate use of medications; comparison of current medication therapies; and other topics as deemed appropriate by the department head. 

Schedule: Monday – Friday
