Full-time, 2nd shift, weekends and holidays
8-hour rotating shifts, every other weekend and holiday
$30,000 Sign on Bonus
$10,000 FOR STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENTS - FULL TIME

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy, Pharm. D is preferredCompletion of ASHP accredited residency is preferredBPS certification is preferredHealthcare CPRCurrent Licensed Pharmacist by the Commonwealth of PennsylvaniaTwo (2) years healthcare experience is preferred

About the Job:

Reports to Assistant Director of Pharmacy. Provides clinical pharmacy services to include therapeutic monitoring, drug regimen, patient education, and medical staff interaction.Performs order entry of prescriber's orders. Conducts drug utilization review studies. Consults with medical practitioners on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Prepares IV medication.
