Surrounded by glowing tiki torches and the beautiful Moir Gardens at Kiahuna Plantation resort, Plantation Gardens features Pacific Rim cuisine with regional Hawaiian influences. The menu at Plantation Gardens reflects the heritage of old plantation Hawaii and celebrates the abundance and beauty of the Hawaiian Islands. Our fresh fish is caught daily by local fishermen in waters just off Kauai. We use organically grown vegetables and herbs picked fresh on nearby farms and from our own gardens.

Keeping service and cookware clean Maintaining cleanliness of floors and surfaces Stocking and organizing deliveries General maintaining of equipment
