Responsibilities Provide information, cards, promotional items, and other rewards to program membersUpdate and enter member information into the databaseAssist with the execution of games, contests, drawings, and give-awaysMaintain strict confidential guidelines in all customer interactions and recordsUtilize active listening skills to defuse emotionally charged situations Qualifications No experience or diploma requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a state gaming license requiredBasic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database and point-of-sale system preferredAbility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special eventsPhysical Requirements Standing for extended periods of timeAbility to lift up to 30 poundsShift Details
