To strengthen our Immunology team, we are looking for a talented person to fill the position of: Product Specialist Rheuma Bone – Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto.

As a Product Specialist Rheuma Bone, you will identify and foster purposeful partnerships with key scientific influencers to drive new sources of patient value.

Actively contribute to the launch of an innovative productBe responsible for the promotion of UCB products to the respective stakeholder in the assigned territoryUnderstand the ecosystem and collaborating with the internal stakeholders to enable Health Care Professional to identify the right patients’ profiles for our therapeutic options

 

You will contribute by

Defining and driving the UCB activities on your territory and by coordinating with the local field team composed by yourself, MSL and Field Access PartnerExecuting the omnichannel plan of scientific communicationBeing accountable in terms of scientific updates in the therapeutic area and UCB productsImplementing and delivering solutions to the relevant stakeholdersCollecting and sharing insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactively possible solutions to be implemented in the ecosystemFacilitating the access for UCB products, engaging non-clinical stakeholders in selected accountsUpdating and filling, timely and in proper manner, our platform for reporting purposesBuilding relationships with the health care professionals and health care structures for the activity of Pharmaceutical Scientific InformationBeing responsible of the activity plan execution in the own territory accounts in respect of the laws, the ethics and compliance governing the pharma professionals

 

Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:

Bachelor’s DegreeAt least 3 years’ experience in a similar role with strong Rheumatology or Osteoporosis backgroundCapacity to identify and analyze medical, scientific and therapeutic area opportunities and problems, and make proposals for appropriate improvementsAct as a subject area expert and create awareness of patient journeys, unmet needs and therapeutic area-related topicsActively contribute to and take responsibility for patient solution development and implementation in alignment with the role's accountabilitiesIdentify and map the key influencers in the healthcare environmentUnderstand the health ecosystem and how it changes over time, and use that to inform access strategy and planningUnderstand the implications of new issues and trends on the stakeholder’s business, leading to a deeper understanding of the stakeholder’s business and strategyConsider the impact on and alignment with the organization when setting goals, making decisions and organizing activities and uses knowledge of drug life cycle to inform decision-makingContributes to the creation and maintenance of partnerships and novel ways of interacting with stakeholdersIdentify networking opportunities to enhance the value offering to patientsRepresent the patient unmet needs during stakeholder engagements.Manage available resources and processes needed to secure them and consider patient value when making resource decisionsReview plan outcomes and update plans accordinglyCoordinate and synthesize thinking around innovative solutionsOpen to change and to embrace new opportunitiesItalian & English: good level in reading, speaking, writing and understanding
