The role will see you be responsible for the managerial leadership and direction of Project execution strategic business initiatives and project management.q

Experience Manage development and execution of overall Project strategic business initiatives to achieve goals and objectives. Provide direction and support business development efforts in identification and vetting of prospective clients and projects. Responsible for business development activities aligning with business goals. Provide leadership to the Project team; direct and coordinate the Department ensuring efficient and cost-effective utilization of staff. Manage Projects related business development efforts. Oversee the development of department tools and work flows to increase efficiency in project execution for Department. Direct oversight and management of Projects budget and expenditure of funds. Achieve stated targets and standards for Projects financial performance. Support strategies for cross-selling engineering services across the organization. Responsible for ensuring alignment and support of Regional Office project management development, quality control and resource coordination.. Responsible for conducting performance evaluation for selected department or direct reports. Responsible for interpreting policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to department personnel. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related degree from an accredited program and 10 years relevant consulting experience, preferably in the engineering or construction industry or project management. Expert experience in client and business development. Expert experience in managing projects, which includes proposal development, contract negotiations, project planning, design team coordination & communication, budgeting, schedule management, and client coordination.
