Project Engineer
**Overview** The candidate shall manage Army Research and Development (R&D) programs as a part of Future Systems Program Engineering Branch. May require 10-20% travel to support program events. The endstate is to apply practical experience and education as a project engineer to assist the government customer achieve their objectives. The contractor personnel shall perform the following duties: **Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities** + Assist government lead with managing projects to include attending meetings, conducting research and analysis. + Lead a team of technicians and scientists in managing one or more R&D projects to maintain the project on cost, schedule, and performance. + Works to promote collaboration of stakeholders keeping them aware of program progress. + Arranges/coordinates test events, keeps team focused for success for each event. + Manages resources to keep the project on or under cost. **Minimum Requirements** + 5 years’ experience with program management in a technical field. + Bachelor’s degree (technical or engineering preferred).
