Mission Statement
At Associa OnCall our job growth is solely dependent on our tasks and projects with
our Community Managers.
Solicit inquires and engage with new sub-contractors / partners to complete
projects as they arise. Associa OnCall cannot provide proposals to our communities
if we do not have a partner to complete the projects efficiently and to the
community’s satisfaction.
Engage with our Community Managers, build relationships. Assist them with their
communities provide them with quotes for projects so that they can provide their
Boards with proper financial planning, make recommendations of what the
community needs, everything from curb appeal issues, to long term planning,
preventative maintenance contracts, and capital projects
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and develop existing and potential clients through agreed upon
retention and marketing procedures.
• Identifies, cultivates, manages and tracks new opportunities, responds to and
follows up on potential client inquiries using appropriate methods.
• Leads the effort to target new contract accounts and ensure the stated
contractual objectives are met and share the same with staff upon start of
contract.
• Ensures that the proposal tracker is updated and current and key customer
information, leads and target accounts are stored and managed.
• Analyzes the success of lead generation Pipedrive
• Community Manager Support: Metrix use for work orders, project submittals
or escalations follow up on open job quotes
• Work one or two days a week in our PA office.
• Work one or two days a week in our NJ office.
• Prepare job proposals for managers as needed.

Provides administrative and clerical support specifically related to Associa OnCall
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities.

• Inspect job sites regularly, responding to managers and evaluating current
statuses and needs.
• Review, evaluate, match vendor and prioritize requests for maintenance
• Provide back up coverage for the AOC Department
o Scheduling of maintenance techs / appointments
o Reviewing expenses to match with revenue
o Submission of AP invoices
o Material orders
o Initial review of work order

\n Requirements

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
 Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.)
at a proficient level.
 Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
 Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
 Professional customer service skills.
 Project management at an expert level.

Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
 Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
 Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
