Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overall project delivery, procurement, and field management of an OCONUS large-scale project with complex logistical challenges.

**This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll.**

What You'll Be Doing:

Executing the delivery of complex construction on the Marshall IslandsWorking with architects and engineers to complete the project designAssembling and managing the development of a strong teamManaging project meetings, along with client and trade partner relationshipsTracking performance to meet and exceed schedule and financial goals

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field10+ years of experience with vertical construction is requiredExtensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry best practicesDemonstrated managerial capability with strong written and oral communication skills

Salary Range: 

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
