ID.me is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Content Manager to join the team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end process to complete complex, technical proposals as well as manage how content is structured and curated. You will work closely with our Sales, Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and Fraud teams to draft, edit and deliver high quality responses to RFx’s (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and ensure ID.me’s proposal content repositories are organized, cataloged and curated. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, a passion for crafting persuasive value propositions, and excellent organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities:

RFx Writing and Responses: Drive the development, coordination, and completion of proposals from proposal kickoff preparation through final submissions Manage individual proposal responses, including outlining win themes, describing technical solutions, articulating the value proposition, and ensuring high-quality writing while achieving tight deadlines. Analyze RFIs, RFQs and RFPs to outline the technical requirements, structure the overall response, leverage pre-existing content, and identify information gaps Collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders to draft, develop, and write compelling value propositions and technical sales documentation  Ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and the technical solution are well-articulated and consistent throughout final proposal documents Write persuasively about complex technical concepts related to digital identity, SaaS, cyber security, and fraud prevention Continuously improve proposal writing processes by reflecting and learning from previous proposal efforts Prepare deliverables, including online submissions, electronic documents, and hard copies
Proposal Content Management: Efficiently manage and organize completed RFP responses within the Responsive platform. Tag responses appropriately based on product, topic, department, use case, etc. Regularly review and archive older content on a quarterly basis to ensure relevance and accuracy. Conduct training sessions for Sales and other teams on utilizing the Responsive platform effectively. Organize and prepare information and data for use in a wide variety of complex technical proposals Work with other department stakeholders to ensure RFX content is up to date and accurate

 

Proposal Documentation: Own and consistently update the RFX metrics to ensure accurate and real-time tracking of RFPs. Own and update comprehensive process documentation related to RFX activities. Manage and organize the RFP Department Libraries for easy accessibility and retrieval.

 

Other/Ad Hoc Requests: Work with Sales and others departments to assist with the creation of Go-To-Market (GTM) playbooks. Review marketing content for accuracy and update as necessary to align with RFP responses. Explore and propose process updates, such as integrating Salesforce and other tools for enhanced efficiency. Conduct monthly sync meetings with the Marketing team to share updates on new content derived from RFPs, white papers, etc. Establish and maintain monthly sync meetings with the Public Sector (PubSec) team to collaborate on Sole Source Justification content.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in content management, RFP documentation, and process improvement. 2-4 years of experience in content development and/or management, preferably within a proposal organization. Familiarity with Responsive platform and/or other content management tools. Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness. Excellent writing and editing skills, including experience with technical writing and editing Expertise in Google Office Demonstrated ability to learn new subject matter quickly and high intellectual curiosity. APMP Certification preferred

The annual base salary listed below for this role is based on experience, skills, education, relevant training and geographic location. Company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, and benefits are available depending on the role.
