By Light is hiring a  Sr Proposal Manager/ Solutions Facilitator  to join our team in Hanover, MD/McLean VA . This role will be fully engaged in capture and proposal development efforts for large, multi-volume IDIQs and  Task Order bids.This involves creating artifacts, content planning, and proposal goal setting. The Solutions Facilitator will act as a big picture generalist who coordinates with our technical specialists and experts  to adress customer requirements. In this role, you will deliver technical solutions to address our customer's needs for stategic opportunities.

Responsibilities Analyze customer solicitations and develop internal response plans  for meeting customer proposal/quotation requirements.Plan,  coordinate, and prepare  corporate proposals for major or multiple business opportunities in response to customer solicitations, according to Lohfeld best practices, established deadlines, guidelines, standards and client policies.Research, write, and edit technical / business / pricing responses.Guide and implement proposal development strategy.Work with Business Development team to identify proposal resource requirements.Coordinate the activities of internal and team member personnel to drive technical solution calls and develop our proposal response.Provide significant input into and coordinate the updating and management of supporting files such as such as, content articles, technical approaches, customer understanding, and standard text.Support Sharepointknowledge management and content as well as proposal AI tool to ensure technical content remains current, is updated regularly and easily accessed for tailoring.Provide post-submission leadership for oral presentations, Best and Final Offers, agency clarification requests and Lessons Learned.Responsible for driving Proposal Solutions.Experience in developing strengths based proposals is preferred.Leading the team to drive content.Write Management Plans, Past Performance or Executive Summaries when required. Required Experience/Qualifications 8 to 10  years of experience leading proposal development effortsMust be comfortable with both Federal proposal management and Federal proposal Writing. (Including Managing 4-6 proposals Concurrently)Very Strong MS O365 Formatting / Desktop Publishing skills.Experience or proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to lead efficient and effective teleconferences with multiple partner representatives.Experience leading IT, Integration, and Operations and Maintenance focused proposals is desired. Preferred Experience/Qualifications

APMP Certification preferred.
